Booking Information

Date availability will vary throughout the year. All requests will be reviewed and considered by the board and you will be notified to confirm or deny availability. Requesting performance times does not ensure or determine actual booking until confirmation is received from the Kankakee Valley Performance Choir.

KVPC Deadlines for Performance Consideration:

  • August 1st for performance requests between October 1st and December 15th
  • January 5th for performance requests between February 15th and June 1st

Event Requirements:

  • Event must be held indoors
  • Piano must be supplied by event holder
  • Large venues must supply sound system

Payment Requirements:

  • Payment is due 10 days prior to performance
  • 25 minute performance: $200
  • 45 minute performance: $350
